This week started with a note on my locker from student government saying “Don’t be a dum dum, be a smartie! You make studying cool, #DoItForTheBlog “. So here I am, in 30° weather in a skirt, not studying for finals, doing it for the blog. From the moment I saw this coat in a thrift store I knew I had to have it. The coral zebra-esque feel is different from anything in my closet; it was definitely a risk. But nothing, especially one’s wardrobe, is fun without risks. So here’s to a risky coat, risky thick heeled shoes, and a risky black on black combo.
